Pat Keefe - Singer/Songwriter & Guitarist of Dalton Dash
Pat Keefe is a dynamic force in Richmond's music scene as the lead singer and guitarist of the bluegrass/folk quartet, Dalton Dash. Known for his heart-driven songwriting and energetic performances, Pat's musical journey began alongside bassist Justin Doyle, with whom he formed Dalton Dash after meeting at Radford University.
Pat’s creative roots run deep, with the band’s debut album, Ass, Cash, Dash, or Grass, featuring his personal life experiences. He wrote all nine songs on the album, blending fast-paced bluegrass with introspective folk ballads. Tracks like "Laugh For A Change," an ode to human connection and openness, are among Pat’s proudest moments of songwriting.
Beyond his musical talent, Pat’s passion for community is evident. Since moving to Richmond, he and his bandmates have contributed to the city’s vibrant music scene, frequently collaborating with local musicians and hosting open mic nights. Pat’s dedication to the local scene has fostered a sense of inclusivity and camaraderie within the group.
