Brambly Park Rebuild Red (Hurricane Helene Relief)

$26.00

****** This is a pre-order product and is not available for pickup until 11/12/24. We only made 20 cases so get it while we still have it in stock.

From Sept 25th-28th, historic rainfall brought by Hurricane Helene devastated much of western NC, other parts of NC and neighboring states of Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia. South Carolina and Florida. The mountains were hit hardest, with severe flooding and landslides, leaving many communities in ruin. For many areas of Western North Carolina, the amount of rainfall exceeded any three-day period on record. Helene caused catastrophic damage to Asheville and other communities in western North Carolina, leaving over 150 dead in it’s aftermath, as well as entire communities washed away in flash floods or covered in mudslides.

This wine, a blend of Gamay and Cabernet Franc, was barrel-aged for a year in neutral oak before being bottled in September of 2024. We specifically bottled it and collaborated on this unique label because we wanted to do our part to help rebuild and recover Western North Caroline from destruction left in the wake of the Hurricane Helene disaster.

Local creators, midEvil Designs, donated their time to create the label art, design agency Convoy placed the art on the label, and Brambly Park is donating the wine and the packaging to the cause.

In addition to purchasing a bottle of Rebuild Red, please consider making a donation to one of the organizations offering aid to the impacted citizens of WNC.
